Welcome To The Derby Community Conversation

The purpose of this site is to provide information, feedback, suggestions, and comments to help make our wonderful little city of Derby a better place in which everyone can live, work and play. In order to achieve that purpose each person desiring to post or comment on information posted is required to register.

You may register by clicking on the link labeled Register to the right. In order to register you will be required to provide a user name by which you will be known on the site and a valid email address. Once that is completed you will be emailed a temporary password you can use to login. On your initial login you will be presented with a profile to fill out.

All comments will be reviewed by a moderator for appropriate content and consistency with the purpose stated above BEFORE being allowed to post. No profanity, personal attacks or otherwise highly negative comments will be permitted.

Posts are organized under categories which are listed to the right along with a list of current posts and comments on those posts. You can read in a category, a specific post, or comment by clicking on it to the right.

Suggestions of topics to post for comment or notification of an upcoming event in our city can be emailed to the administrator by clicking on the email link to the right.

This site is NOT operated by the City of Derby or the Derby Web Site, but is intended to compliment the internet presence related to our wonderful little city.
